Cholesterol

Try 3 tea spoon of oat (require cooking not instant type, preferably organic n need to cook type) and dissolve with drinkable room temp. water and soak overnight. (u could do it be4 u go to bed) Drink them all the next mornin b4 your breakfast. It's quite nice to drink as already soft. Try everyday for 3 months n check yr cholesterol, it should come down significantly. I hv try n many had try n found it works n cost effective with no side effect, if u r taking statin drug u can also try but don't drop drug until u achieved good result n doctor say so. Cooked oats especially instant r very slow to reduce cholesterol, eatin raw is better absorption n more effective. Pls share this infor with others..
